What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates for orders below $75 are calculated per order based on your location. Rates will be included at checkout. Orders over $75 are eligible for free shipping.

What is your return policy?

Because our products are custom made, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges on Vibrant Prints Co. orders. All sales are final.

How long will my order take to get to me?

Once orders are received, our processing time is 3 days. Shipping times will vary based on carrier and location.

How does the customization process work?

After placing your order, please email your design, photos, initials or design idea to naterillc@gmail.com. Please be sure to include your order number in the email. Our team will get back to you with a mock-up of your design to ensure you are happy with it. Once approved, we will go to print and get your order shipped to you!
